Checkout Guide

• Place all used towels in the bathtub. Separate pile for bath mats

• If any furniture was moved, replace it to it’s original location

• Retrieve belongings from bedside tables and wardrobes

• Leave sheets on bed or fold them on the bed. No need to make it

• Empty and dispose of ALL your food items in fridge

• Gather all garbage from kitchen and bathrooms and dispose in bins

• Double check windows and doors locked including laundry

• BBQ scraped and cleaned if used. Remove drip tray and replace

• Turn everything off (heaters, fireplace and both switches on coolers)

• Turn the 4 light switches off at front door. (Carport sensors)

• Load all dishes into the dishwasher, press start

• If camera cover used please remove and place back on kitchen bench

• Lock both doors and return both sets of keys to keysafe

• House and yard must be left clean and tidy. If it takes over 4 hours to clean and ready for next guests part of your bond may be withheld

• Checkout is strictly 10am unless advised otherwise in writing

• Please advise Chelsie before departure of any accidents or maintenance requirements noticed so they can be rectified ASAP
